Unum Group (NYSE: UNM) announced today that it will hold its annual
investor meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011, at Le Parker Meridien in
New York. The event is currently scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon, and will
be simulcast in a listen-only mode on the Investors page of the
company’s website approximately 15 minutes prior to the start of the
meeting.
Following the meeting, management will be available to investors during
a luncheon hosted by the company at the meeting venue. A complete
schedule of presentations will be posted in the Investors section of www.unum.com
on or before Nov. 15, 2011. A replay of the webcast and accompanying
slides will be available on the website for one year after the event.
