Company Receives Highest Level of Recognition by National Business
Group on Health
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
The National Business Group on Health today honored Unum (NYSE:UNM) for
its commitment and dedication to promoting a healthy workplace and
encouraging its workers and families to support and maintain healthy
lifestyles.
Unum was among 66 employers that received the 2010 Best Employers for
Healthy Lifestyles award at the Leadership Summit sponsored by the
National Business Group on Health’s Institute on Innovation in Workforce
Well-being. Unum received the highest level of recognition – a platinum
award – for its efforts. It is the fifth Healthy Lifestyles award
the company has received.
