Unum Group (NYSE: UNM) announced today that it will hold its annual
investor meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2010, at The New York Helmsley
in New York City. The event is scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to noon, and
will be simulcast in a listen-only mode on the Investors page of the
company’s website approximately 15 minutes prior to the start of the
meeting.
Following the meeting, management will be available to investors during
a luncheon hosted by the company at the meeting venue. A complete
schedule of presentations will be posted in the Investors section of the
company’s website – www.investors.unum.com
– on or before Nov. 16, 2010. A replay of the webcast and accompanying
slides will be available on the website for two weeks beginning Nov. 17,
