Insurance & Technology has selected Kathy Owen, chief
information officer for Unum (NYSE: UNM), as one of the magazine’s
“Elite 8” for 2010.

The annual award honors eight senior technology officers from the
insurance industry who have made an outstanding contribution to their
company’s success and have demonstrated leadership, insight and
innovation.

the November 2010 edition of Insurance & Technology as well
as honored in person during the media brand’s annual Executive Summit in
Carefree, Ariz.
